The three C’s continue to assist educators every year in balancing their educational and personal lives.
Confidence - One who has self-confidence exemplfies confidence to others. To colleagues you become a reliable, resourceful person.
Competence - One who displays competency as a professional educator becomes an expert to others. Competence builds success.
Compassion- Having compassion for others projects a successful educator to those looking from the outside, whether they are viewing as a teacher or as an administrator.
